How do I to report a claim to IFA?
Phone your independent auto insurance agent or contact an IFA Customer Service Representative as soon as possible. To contact the IFA Claims Department call 1.877.432.2277.
It is best to supply the representative with as much information as possible. At a minimum, IFA will need your IFA Policy number and the details of the accident.

Is there any other important information that IFA needs to help process the claim?
Yes, after your initial report of the accident IFA will provide you with a Claim Number. It is important to reference this Claim Number on all supporting documents.

Once we receive the items mentioned above we immediately assign an appraiser to assess the damage to your car. We will also send an acknowledgement to your attention that a claim has been initiated.
